FixMyTek is now AgencyTech

FixMyTek, a Bristol-based technology services company known for its work in sustainable tech and device repair, has announced the launch of AgencyTech, a new venture built on the operational and technical expertise developed through years of supporting individuals and organisations with their technology.

AgencyTech represents a natural evolution of the FixMyTek journey, moving from hands-on repairs into providing strategic IT management, cybersecurity, and automation services for creative and marketing agencies.

Founded over a decade ago, FixMyTek began as a small repair initiative led by university students. It grew into a national operation, repairing more than 10,000 devices and training over 40 students across four cities.

Through this work, the team discovered that their strongest impact came not just from fixing devices, but from building the systems that help people and businesses thrive.

AgencyTech builds on that foundation, helping agencies work more efficiently, securely, and creatively.

This new chapter formalises the company’s growing focus on supporting creative and marketing agencies, which often face challenges with fragmented tools, rising security demands, and the pressure to adopt AI effectively.

The creation of AgencyTech marks a progression, carrying forward the same values of reliability, transparency, and people-first technology.
